“Crime in Progress” Keystone XL Ad

The fight against the Keystone XL pipeline entered a new phase this week, as Americans angry about the growing scandal launched a national ad campaign calling on the President to stop this crime in progress. The ads will appear in the print editions of the New York Times and the Washington Post, as well as online at washingtonpost.com, cnn.com, foxnews.com, politico.com and foreignpolicy.com.

even if the president rejects the keystone xl pipeline there are other pipelines planned from tar sands which mean all life on earth will be threatened until the tar sands are shut down completely…..so it may be a hollow victory if keystone is rejected

If the Keystone XL pipeline gets stopped it gives us TIME to stop other pipelines and the tar sands completely. Plus a moral (not hollow) victory is important.

what is the problem with tar sand oil vs any other oil? honest question.

      • guest

The mining process and the oil itself are much more carbon intensive and worse for the environment than conventional oil.

You MUST get a designer. The headline font is terrible for conveying strength and truth. Yuk! Otherwise, Bravo!!!

Agree you should lose the headline font– great you are doing the ad though.
